Beatris Garcia

Beatris graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with her BS in psychology. Her interests lie at the intersection of clinical and affective science in the context of daily life. In particular, Beatris hopes to study the transdiagnostic features of psychopathology and emotional functioning (e.g., perseverative thinking and emotion regulation, respectively) to better understand the development and maintenance of mood and anxiety disorders.
