Lisa Siddens

As senior associate provost and chief of staff, Lisa manages and implements a variety of issues on behalf of the Provost, including academic and leadership searches, special projects and serves as the primary liaison between the Office of the Provost and the Schools for Academic matters.  She works closely with the provost strategizing on priorities, developing plans to address high priority challenges, counseling and implementing confidential plans to move the university forward, and partners with Provost to help successfully address day-to- day issues and long term projects. Lisa partners with the provost advancing the provost’s agenda and priorities, and facilitating coordination among the University’s senior administrators.  She serves as a senior advisor to the Provost on strategic and tactical planning and management of all provostial activities, as well as counseling the provost on a wide array of administrative matters requiring executive decision-making.
