Diana manages, plans, develops, and implements mutually reinforcing strategies and activities for the university’s 10-year strategic plan, Here and Next. She collaborates with senior university leaders, including initiative leaders, university partners, and other key stakeholders, to promote alignment and collaboration across strategic priorities. She leads the Here and Next Backbone team project staff who support a variety of initiatives and activities in service of the university’s strategic goals.
