Sharon is the manager for communication and operations, supporting the portfolio of work of the institutional effectiveness team. In this role, Sharon supports by developing and implementing communication strategies, including a strategy for increasing visibility among university audiences. Sharon’s role is also key to growing the operational capacity, policies, and systems to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness while fostering a positive team culture and high performing team mindset.
