Ali provides her expertise in the assessment of student learning and experience and in the design and implementation of psychosocial interventions and/or programmatic initiatives intended to enhance equity in student outcomes, particularly in STEM fields. She works collaboratively with the vice provost for educational initiatives, the office of Institutional Research and Analytics, the Center for Teaching and Learning, and a variety of faculty and administrative partners across the university and externally to accomplish these goals.
