Mike supports initiatives aiming to assess and improve student outcomes and promote equity of success across the student body. In collaboration with the vice provost for educational initiatives, the Institutional Effectiveness team, and other partners across Washington University, he is helping to develop more systematic assessment of key student outcomes across the student body. He supports data collection, analysis, and reporting for this assessment while developing tools to improve its efficiency and consistency over time.
